This was my last revision the moon is bigger writers name is larger and I rearranged the name of the play.
Still a great design the original has but, when you go to print, the blue background behind the information starts to blend in with the type.
Same design letter color is the same as the driveway this helps the name standout. ( playbill )
Here I went with the original design but with no times or dates it was ok with the lighter blue stroke. (playbill )
When I scaled down the ticket the verbage gets lost in the dark background so I went with a lighter color and a black stroke.
I was asked to come up with an idea for a play, poster, playbill, and a ticket design.The play had a mother and daughter and a make believe friend. The mother refused to leave the trailer house and was the last hold out. Since they don't really venture out I choose to use the trailer house for the background.I have two different takes on the lettering and placement. Also the size of the moon and the size of type used for the writers name.
